James E. Mullarkey, 63, of Lancaster, passed away on Thursday, May
5, 2011 at Hospice of Lancaster in Mount Joy. He was born in
Philadelphia to the late James and Martha (McKnight) Mullarkey.
Jim is survived by his wife, Margaret V. (Henderson) Mullarkey.
Jim retired from Atlas Recycling Co.
He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
He was a former member of the Philadelphia VFW.
Jim was a hockey and baseball fan and rooted for the Philadelphia
Flyers and Phillies.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are two step-daughters, a
step-son, six step-grandsons, one step-great granddaughter, two
brothers and spouses, four nephews, three great nephews, and five
great nieces. He was preceded in death by a three sisters.

Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at St.
Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 501 East Orange Street Lancaster,
PA 17602
at 11am with The Rev.
Daniel Mitzel officiating. Friends and family may call to the
church from 10-11 on Thursday. Interment will be private. In lieu
