I will always remember my sister in the
Secular Franciscan Order. She was the example of love and
laughter for our Franciscan Fraternity. She exemplified living
from Gospel to life and Life to Gospel. I love you Mel. Pray
for us.

J. (Artino) Leanza of Lancaster, 87, died March 25 after a brief
illness. Her husband the late Edward W. Leanza died in 1995.
Before her marriage in October 1950, she worked as a secretary,
and in a plant during the World War II effort. After her marriage
she was a homemaker and mother of eight children, all surviving.
