Dear family of Mrs. Wally Laughman,

My name is Brett Wilson, and I am the current Vicar/intern Pastor at Christ Lutheran here in Lancaster where Wally was a member.  I was shocked to read of her passing in the paper and send my deep condolences and prayers for you.  The congregation remembered her this morning in prayer, and many people expressed sadness at hearing of her death. 
I visited with Wally often, brought her communion, news of the church, and visited and prayed with her.  I really enjoyed our visits.  She shared with me memories of the church and also spoke of her children.  She was clearly positively regarded by all those around her.  If there is anything I or the congregation can do, please let me know.  You are in our prayers.

with my deepest sympathy I send my condolences from Berlin, Germany.
Waltraut (I got my second name from her) was my godaunt. Her mother Emmy and my mother Herta have been cousins.
Since some years we lost contact to our family but Waltraut was always on our mind. She will always be remembered fondly in our memories.
