Gladys M. Ebersole, 96, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Conestoga View Nursing Home. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Amanda (Harvey) Kaiser. Gladys was the wife of the late Irvin "Red" Ebersole who died in 1988.

Gladys was a homemaker, who took pride and loved raising her 9 children. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

Gladys is survived by 5 children; Charles R. Ebersole husband of Rita of Lancaster, Eileen F. Greiner wife of Raymond of Lancaster, Benjamin I. Ebersole of Lancaster, Michael G. Kaiser of Lititz, and Vickie I Gerontonis of Willow Street, 16 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 4 children; Dale E. Ebersole, Geraldine Todd, Barbara Sauer, and William R. Ebersole, 3 brothers; Charles and George Kaiser, Ben McGlochlin, and a sister, Harriett Bell.

Funeral Services will be private.
