Cathy,
My deepest Condolences to you and your family. I still have a
wooden ILY clock carved and made by Fred in the computer room.
I really appreciate it in remembrance of him. I still remember
in the mid of 1980's, Fred came to me after seeing a first issue
of American Missions to the Deaf. The cover was my drawing of a
sign word Jesus on the cross. He was proud to tell me that he
was a very good artist, too. He wanted me to see his drawings
and crafts in his home in Manheim.
A big beautiful Bible with a cross and a sign word of Jesus that
was carved by Fred in First Deaf Mennonite Church's sanctuary
would keep us to remember Fred forever. The Lord be with you
and all.

To the Dieffenbach Family,
we, Cecelia and James Schooley of Florida hope you all find
comfort knowing that your loved one is at rest with the Lord
Jesus. Fred suffers no more.
We have known Fred for many years and what a fine guy he was
especially his arts and crafts.
Fred will be deeply missed by his PSD Brothers and Sisters.
Sending you with love from Cecelia and James Schooley of
Kissimmee, Florida.
With heartfelt sympathy -
I met this wonderful man - once or twice - had made a big impact
on me for his wonderful disposition - smiles - and how do I
admire him for his artistic talent ...
Now he is in heaven - fingers/hands flying away -with smile-
doing his art - his love - without any more pain.
God Bless you all -
Amen
