Anna K. Dickerson, 92, of New Providence, passed away, Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Pauline (Matusek) Kotzman. Anna was the wife of William Dickerson Sr. who died in 1992.

Anna was a homemaker who raised 3 sons. She worked before her marriage as a beautician and then as the family hair dresser afterwards. Anna was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church.

Anna is survived by 3 sons; Bill Dickerson Jr. of New Providence, Joseph Dickerson of Hartly, DE, and Dennis Dickerson of Dover, DE. 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, and 2 sisters. She was the last survivor of her immediate family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, June 13, 2011 at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church 2111 Millersville Pike, Lancaster 17603 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mark Weiss as Celebrant. Family and friends will be received Sunday, June 12, 2011 at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory 414 E.
