"Aunt Bev," and everyone,
I have such fond memories of visiting you all in Maryland when I
was a kid, and especially some memorable conversations with
"Uncle" Bill. I know he and my Dad are together again at Jesus'
side.
Best wishes,
Joel Satterlee
Dear Ones,
Our hearts and prayers surround you. Find solace in The Word,
each other, and His promise. In the words of the traditional
English hymn "Be thou my Vision:
High King of heaven when battle is done,
Grant heaven's joy to me O bright heaven's sun,
Christ of my own her, whatever befall,
Shall be my vision, O Ruler of all.
Love,
Carol and George Airasian
In Memory
William M Curtis III has had two remarkable careers, as a
Scientist
and a Pastor and, Dear Bev, you and he, have had a good and
fruitful life together. Well done!
When we met you and Cousin Billy in Australia, We met a man with
a natural
humility and confidence in his knowledge and his faith, and a
woman who
was the same in spirit.
With respect to John Donne’s famous sermon, Cousin Billy’s
passing does not diminish us but the example you and Billy lived
and displayed, inspires and encourages us in our lives.
Always in our hearts
John & Roberta Gollogly

In the words of the song, "Thank you for
giving to the Lord; for I was a life that was changed." Bill
and Bev made an impact on my life as a young Christian at
Hagerstown Independent Church, and on my husband's life in a
class that Bill taught at Washington Bible College. what a
privilege we had to spend a weekend with Bill and Bev just days
before he went to heaven! Eternity will tell what Bill's total
commitment to God and His work meant on this earth.
With Much Love and Fond Remembrances,
Sue and Doug Redman
I remember many good times that we had
together through the years. Bill Curtis was not only my Dad's
cousin, but a very good friend to him and our entire family.
He will be greatly missed by all. We are encouraged by the fact
that he is now with my Dad in Heaven, and they are surely
enjoying each other's company again.
We look forward to the day when we are all together in
Heaven, but until then- we will enjoy our memories of good times
together. Our deepest condolences to his friends and family.
May Jesus wrap His loving arms around you all and comfort you
through this challenging time. God bless you all!
Love n prayers-Sue Slating( eldest daughter of David and Sharon
Satterlee)
Dear Bev,
Although we were unable to be present at today's service--Cathy
was scheduled for a follow-up to her October total knee
replacement--we have been remembering you before the Throne.
We trust that God's gracious comfort will be yours every day.
Yours in Christ,
Henry and Cathy Heijermans
Dear Bev and Family,
Please accept our sympathy and prayers at this time in the
homegoing of your dear loved one. He certainly left a great
legacy and was a tremendous testimony for our Lord.
Sincerely,
Bob and Jayne Becker
Dear Bev,
I was so sad to hear of Bill's passing. I know you and Bill
will someday see each other again which brings comfort but in
this very sad time please know that prayers are with you are
your family. He is a very accomplished man and you are very
special. You were such a blessing to my children as their
kindergarten teacher. Thank you for all you did for them and
meant to them. Psalm 116:15 tells us how the Lord views the
death of His loved ones. We will all be there with Jesus so
soon. Please know you are loved by many.
With much love,
Charlotte Bendell
