 Mary
E. Bubich, 94, formerly of Millersville, died Sunday, October 23,
2011 at Arbor View at Willow Valley. Her husband of 48 years John
Bubich died in 1997. Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of
the late Mathias and Mary Bubich Marshall.
She was a
1935 graduate of the former Stevens High School for Girls in
Lancaster. Mary was a private secretary at the former Allied
Mills, Inc, and then worked part time at the voter registration
office in the Lancaster County Courthouse. She was of the Catholic
faith.
Surviving are
4 siblings Hermina M. Plank, Camp Hill, Richard J., husband of
Betty J. Marshall, Douglas, AZ, Helen E., wife of Robert D.
Brandt, Millersville, and Robert H., husband of Billie M.
Marshall, Tucson, AZ and her stepdaughter Dorothy A., wife of
Martin T. Schober, Lancaster. Her siblings William F. Marshall and
Catherine C. Reynolds preceded Mary in death.
Funeral
services will be held 1 PM Thursday, October 27, 2011 at the
Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St.,
Millersville, PA, with The Rev. Msgr. Thomas H. Smith officiating.
Interment in St, Joseph New Catholic Cemetery. Please omit
flowers. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic
