such a kind, soft spoken, gentle man and I was always so fond of

Bostic was my classmate at Howard and at
Tennessee State and one of the things I most remember from the
TSU days was his trying to teach me how to tie the perfect know
in a tie. I was never able to master it so once he put it
around his neck to tie it, I never untied it, just loosened it
enough to get it on & off.
May you take comfort in knowing the angels are always near to
those who are grieving, to whisper to them that their loved ones
are safe in the hands of God. And I know there is "real" jazz
playing in the background.

C. Bostic, of Lancaster, PA, died peacefully on March 26, 2011.
Bostic was Executive Director of both the Pennsylvania Higher
Educational Facilities Authority and Pennsylvania's State Public
School Building Authority since July 2003. Prior to that post,
Bostic served as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania
Housing Finance Agency, as the cabinet level Secretary of the
Pennsylvania Department of Community Affairs, and as Deputy
Assistant Secretary for Operations in the U.S. Department of
Education's Office for Civil Rights.
