Joe was a good person with a kind heart. He befriended everyone he met and never passed judgment on anyone. Joe loved to tell stories, especially about his childhood, and he spoke so proudly about his family and their achievements, like his brother's military service. A couple weeks back, Joe got a picture of his little sisters. He must have showed me that picture 20 times. Nothing made him happier than the time he spent with his family in the months before his passing. I learned a lot from Joe, personally and professionally, and will continue to remember him.
