Sally C. Stein, 73, of Lancaster, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Wilkes Barre to the late Harry and Jennie (Treathaway) Carver.

Sally was preceded in death by her husband John S. Stein who passed away in 1976.

She was a nurse assistant.

Sally is survived by one daughter, Genevra “Genny” Stein, wife of Timothy Lease, of Lancaster, three sons, John W. Stein, husband of Diane, of Frederick, MD, Brian K. Stein, husband of Heather, of North Dakota, Kevin J. Stein, husband of Wendy, of North Carolina, eleven grandchildren, and nine grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Harry Carver, Jr.
