Merritt James Laskoske "Jim" 82, of Lancaster, passed away, Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Michigan City, IN. he was the son of the late A.W and Mildred (Merritt) Laskoske. Jim was the husband of Susan (Corley) Laskoske with whom he celebrated 59 years of marriage this past June 30^th.

Jim was a proud graduate of Notre Dame University class of 1949. He was a very active alumni.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Susan are 4 children; John Laskoske husband of Karen of Claremont, NH., Linda Sumner wife of Paul of Greensboro, NC., Steven Laskoske husband of Liane of Columbia, and Mary LaFond wife of Michael of Phoenix, AZ. And a grandson, John Sumner of Greensboro, NC.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2010 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church 601 E. Delp Rd. Lancaster PA 17601 at 11 a.m with Rev. Paul Theisz as Celebrant. Interment will be private.
