"John" Hartin, 73, formerly of the Welsh Mountain Home, died at
Conestoga View on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
Born in New
York City, he was the son of the late Raymond M. and Evelyn
Odstrom Hartin. John previously worked in landscaping. He enjoyed
movies, especially westerns.
John is
survived by two brothers, Stephen W., husband of Jane Hartin of
Lancaster and Clifford R. Hartin of Roslyn and three nieces and
two nephews.
A Memorial
Service will be held Tuesday, February 16th at 11 AM at
the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 414 East King St.,
Lancaster, PA, with The Reverend Ted Mingle officiating. Interment
will be private. Please omit flowers. Contributions may be made in
John's memory to Welsh Mountain Home, 567 Springville Road, New
