We send or Deepest Condolences to your family
from our Family.
Catrina Talton-Shelley
My deepest sympathy to your family. I will
miss Miss Katherine, she was one classy lady!
Sincerely,
Deb "The Hygienist"
Nanny Lolita, Pop-Pop,& Shawn,
I am truly sorry for your lost! Nanny was more than a
great-grandmother to Kai. She was a grandmother to me, a friend
and a personal angel. I am honor to have had the privilege to
known her for the past fifteen years. I took her passing really
hard, but I know that God doesn't do anything wrong in life. He
allows us a certain time to share our wisdom, talent, passion,
time, and love with others. I think back and remember when I
first met Nanny. She welcomed me into her life, home and family
with open arms. She had a style out of this world; she was
intelligent,classy,sophicated,and outgoing. Whenever she would
come to visit, we would sometimes discuss wigs, cooking and the
bible. She loved me for who I was, even though I didn't look or
cook like a traditional southern girl (smile). She had a way of
making you feel great about yourself. Kaieshia loved her dearly;
especially all of the visit to and from Pa.The time that they
spent together watching movies, shopping, cooking and talking
with each other will never be forgotten. Unfortunately, we
weren't able to attend the service today due to the weather. Our
hearts and prayers are with you and your family. I know that she
is looking down from heaven today and smiling upon us. She was
truly an angel here on earth; now we can add the title of God's
Angel to her resume. Nanny Katherine, rest in peace and we will
missed you! We know that you are in a better place and you will
always be in our hearts. If the family needs anything, don't
hesitate to call.
Love Always,
Kaieshia & Lisa
