We will miss our beloved nephew, Jesse Lee,
more than words can express. We hold him in our memory best as
he was when he was a little boy...........laughing, running,
jumping, playing with his cousins, our children, Liz and Johnny,
and with his sister, Meredith, on one of our many adventures.
Jesse, you grew up to be such a wonderful man, but we will
always keep you close in our hearts as the child that you were.
We love you, Uncle Denny and Aunt Marie
Dear Stephanie, Emma & James,

very special part of our high school class, and I will miss him
dearly. I live in Minnesota now and will be unable to pay my

are with you at this time.
God love you and bless you,

Stephanie and Family,
Knowing that words do not fill the void that is left from the
loss of a loved one, I can only offer you my prayers in your
time of loss.
I with you peace and comfort at this difficult time.

Dear Jim and Mary,
Milt and I are so sorry to learn of your son's death.
Please accept our sympathies for you and your family. God works
in mysterious ways. Your memory book must already have pages
full of wonderful things you have done and enjoyed together.
Our prayers are with you all.
Sincerely,
Milt and Lois Morgan
My sincere condolences to Stephanie, Emma,
James and all of Jesse's family. Jesse was a brilliant man, as
you know, and will be sadly missed. He was greatly respected at
GMAC Mortgage, a genius that we all admired. I was so saddened
by his passing, because the world was a better place with him in
it. May God bless and comfort you.
Pat Karpowicz
Eileen and I were shocked to learn about the
loss of your son, Jesse, yesterday. I am always baffled by
these shocking events that seem to affect the nicest people. I
remember years ago sitting with a friend in the waiting room of
Lancaster General Hospital. He had just received the horrible
news that his daughter would probably not live to the next
morning. I remember searching for some words of comfort for him
and I remarked that we don't understand these things and
probably never will. I reminded him that every day we say "thy
will be done..." and in that we can find meaning. I hope you
can take some comfort in knowing that many share in your loss
and care.

Stephanie, Emma, James and the rest of Jesse's
family - Please accept my sincerest sympathies in the loss of
your husband and father. Jesse was an absolute joy to work
with, he was always willing to help - no matter what the cost.
Based on his work-ethic, I can only imagine the kind of husband
and father he was - irreplaceable. Such a tragic event has
taken him at such a young age from your daily lives, and what an
extremely difficult decision you had to endure - I truly look up
to you and continue my prayers for you through what can only be
expected to be some of the most difficult days of your lives
ahead. Thank you for allowing Jesse to be an organ donor, this
will allow him to live on in so many others across the country.
God Bless you and your family.

Although I never had the privilege to meet
Jesse as I'm new to the department, I have a sense of Jesse just
by listening to the accolades of those around me in the Iowa
office; our team will surely miss him. A loving, hard-working
man who will be missed by all. God Bless Jesse and his family.

Dear Mary/Jim
My heart goes out to you. I am deeply saddened by the
news of Jesse's recent death. Although I didn't get to know him
well, I know that he was a good young man because he has a great
mom/dad. Remember, grief is not the end of all. You still have
the world in which he lived and which he enjoyed so very much.
You still have its beauty and its loveliness and you still have
so many fond memories he left behind. Share them in his
memory.
Take care and God Bless you and your family
Your friend always Dick McCue

I received the devastating news about Jesse
from one of his co-workers, an old friend of mine who wondered
if I knew him from Lancaster. Although I never met him in
person, I can still remember his mother talking about him when
she was my 10th grade English teacher. It is clear even in
now-distant memory how proud she was of him and how much she
loved him. I remember well how particularly happy she was about
his early accomplishments in music. I am so sorry for the loss
you have experienced and for the profound sorrow I know you are
feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We have known and worked with Jesse over the
past 3 years. Jessie has made an impact with us and all others
that have worked with him at Fiserv. Jesse was truly a special
person. Very rarely are there people like Jessie that just by
their presence, makes one feel good about themselves.
We talked to Jesse on a daily basis, all hours of the day and
night. We respected his insight and knowledge that he brought
to our conversations each day. We enjoyed talking to Jesse in
both good and stressful situations. Jessie could take an
extremely critical and stressful situation, and with out losing
any urgency or importance associated with the resolution,
interject calm and humor in to it.
Jesse knew the implication his job had to successfully run the
business though also knew the importance of his life outside of
work. Jesse talked fondly of his family and one could tell how
important they were to him.
We will miss Jesse.

Stephanie, Emma, James and all of Jesse's
family - My thoughts, prayers and wish for strength are with you
all. As hard as it was to know you must let him go, know that
his memory and how he touched peoples lives will be forever with
all of you each and every day. He will be missed deeply at
GMAC, he was our rock too. God Bless.

I wish I had known more about Jesse, but as we
go through our daily routine, the human factor escapes us. Jesse
however placed that memorable marker in your head. He was a very
intelligent and an easy person to communicate with. Jesse was a
pleasure to work with as he could discuss system and technical
issues at a level that did not frustrate you:-) He was very much
respected by everyone at this location in Lewisville. I just
regret that I did not make the time to get to know him better. I
will make an effort to get to know everyone on a more personable
layer from now on. Thanks Jesse for being the person that I will
remember and God bless your family.

Mary and Jim,
Crystal and I learned this morning of Jesse's passing, and we
are deeply saddened for you and for your entire Family.
We cannot begin to imagine your feelings at this time; however,
we trust that you will find solace and peace in the days ahead,
as you dwell on what a wonderful individual he was.
You are great people with a strong Faith, and we will continue
to remember the entire Shreiner Family in our thoughts and
PRAYERS.
Regardless of our religious affiliations, I know that we all
worship the same GOD and FATHER, and please know that I
remembered Jesse at a noon Lenten Mass this day.

I have worked with Jesse at GMAC for the last
several years. I always looked forward to working on projects
with him both for his knowledge and sense of humor. As I write
this, I am laughing just thinking about all the conversations we
had over the years. Working with Jesse was a privilege I will
never forget. I wish your family the best during this very
difficult time.

The Vinciguerra Family
Dear Stephanie and family, I received this
letter when my Mother passed away. It gave me great comfort, and
I hope to pass it along to you, with the hope it brings comfort
to your family. Death is nothing at all--I have only slipped
away into the next room. Whatever we were to each other, that we
are still. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the
same easy way you always used to. Laugh as we always laughed at
the little jokes we enjoyed together. Play, smile, think of me,
pray for me. Let my name be the household word that it always
was. Let it be spoken without effort. Life means all that it
ever meant. It is the same as it ever was; there is absolutely
unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of your mind because I
am out of your sight? I am but waiting for you, for an interval,
somewhere very near just around the corner. All is well,
nothing is past; nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will
be just as it was before. Only better, infinitely happier and
forever.--we will all be one in Christ.
Trish, I am so sorry for your loss also. You always said Jesse
was a gem.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I
had the pleasure of working with Jesse at GMAC. He was well
liked and respected by all of his coworkers. It was a pleasure
to work with Jesse. He will be missed.
Dear Stephanie, Emma, and James,
We have never met, but I went to high school with your
husband/daddy. I had recently caught up to him on facebook,
though we hadn't had a chance to exchange emails. I hung out
with Jesse in school- he could always bring a smile to my face.
I know that he was a great kid, and I can only imagine what a
wonderful husband and father he had become. I live in Boston,
MA, and will not be able to attend the services, but my thoughts
are prayers are with you.

I worked with Jesse while at GMAC and always
thought he was a smart and pragmatic person. However I really
didn't know the details of his life until I read his obituary.
I wish I had gotten to know him better. He accomplished much
and touched many lives. My heart goes out to you for your
loss.

Stephanie:
Patti Goodwin just emailed me about Jess. I'm shocked and
saddened. Since it is such late notice, I will likely not see
you tonight at the funeral. I will keep you and yours in my
prayers --- prayers for the peace that passes all understanding.
If not, I'll try for tomorrow. And, I'll be in touch. If I can
be of any help, let me know. So hard to believe.

Jesse was an irreplaceable member of our team
and well liked and respected by everyone he worked alongside.
More importantly it was obvious from the turnout at the
visitation and notes on this blog that he touched many lives
beyond GMAC ResCap. We will never forget his contribution to
our success and friendship.

A friend of mine from high school shared with
me the devastating news about Jesse. Jesse and I became friends
in school, being in the same English and German classes through
middle and high school. I remember him being a truly gifted
writer. He could write the most beautiful and intellectual
poetry, in both English and German! What a talented mind. He
will always be remembered by us a sharp mind and incredible wit.
His year-book signings were always the most funny and most
clever. I hope to attend the service to pay my respects. My
thoughts and prayers are with all the family. Sincerely,
Maureen (Fox)

Stephanie, Emma, James and other members of
Jesse's family,
I am deeply saddened by your loss and my thoughts are with all
of you during this time. I worked with Jesse at GMAC and as so
many have mentioned he will be missed, so many of us looked to
him as someone we could always count on to have the answer we
needed, to quickly answer an email late at night and to always
say or email something that made us laugh or smile. My hope is
that Jesse is watching over all of us and finally realizing and
taking credit for the impact he had at GMAC and how he touched
the lives of so many of his GMAC family. May all the wonderful
memories you have in your heart help you through this time.
Lisa Correa
Dear Stephanie, children and family,
Words are never sufficient at these times to express my sincere,
heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your husband, father, son and
brother. I can not imagine the sense of loss you must feel but I
do know that the tears and sadness that deepen your loss will,
in time, turn to smiles and joyful memories as you think of your
beloved.
Sincerely,
Diane Sullivan
I am so sorry for your loss. I had just met
Jesse face to face a few weeks ago. I enjoyed working with him
at GMAC. As you can already tell, he was well liked and
respected. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your
family.
Steve Uline
My sincere condolences to all of Jesse's
family. Although I worked with Jesse for short period of time,
I was able to connect with him at many levels. He was a
brilliant, hardworking, and trustworthy individual who can be
relied on at all times. He had an impressive work ethic and
great sense of humor. I am saddened by his passing and he will
be missed. God Bless Jesse and his family.

I was saddened to hear of your loss and will keep you and yourr
family in my thoughts and prayers. Take comfort that Jesse is
still with you and will watch over each of you at all times. I
am sorry that I did not get to know Jesse well, but remember
vividly visiting young Emma Grace and her proud parents shortly
after she arrived on this earth. Celebrate the wonderful times
you had with him, over and over again. Your family, your
memories, your children and you faith will provide the support
you need to move on.

to Jesse's wife and children,
We are deeply saddened by your loss. It has been many years
since we have seen Jesse and his passing reminds us of the

Dear Mary & James:
I send to you my deepest sympathy, on your loss, of your dear
son Jesse. You and your family are in most heart-felt prayers
and thoughts. No parent should ever have to bury their child.
I pray that God will give you increasing strength in the coming
days to ease your pain, which, of course, seems endless to you
now. Hug those children of his, and always tell those
wonderful stories, about their father to them.
Sincerely, With Love,
Deb Minnerly (Warwick H.S. Health-room Assistant)
It was my great privilege and joy to be
Jesse's professor of music history and theory at Dickinson
College, and to call upon his great talents as an accompanist of
the Dickinson College Choir from time to time. Jesse was a
wonderful student, a quiet young man of integrity and sincerity,
and of all the many hundreds of music students I have taught I
think he took first prize as a sight-reader at the keyboard.
He and I enjoyed several piano-four-hands sessions during his
years at Dickinson, and he could lick me at either the bottom or
the top part on the keyboard. I share my deep sympathy with his
family, and am deeply saddened to say farewell to such an
outstanding student and friend.
Truman Bullard, Ph.D
Professor of Music Emeritus
Dickinson College
To me, my brother was the handsomest, smartest
and most talented man in the world. I am so blessed to be his
sister, and I continue to adore him and cherish his memory every
day. Jesse, your life was a true gift to all of us. I love you
and miss you so much,
Meredith
