Rose Margaret
Sauer, 77, of Lancaster, passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2009,
at her residence. Born on March 22, 1931, in Lancaster, she was
the daughter of Paul J. Sauer Sr. and Esther R. Nixdorf Sauer.
Miss Sauer, a
graduate of Sacred Heart Academy, was a faithful member of St.
Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Miss Sauer is
survived by her brother, Paul J., husband of Marie A. Sauer of
Lancaster; one niece, and five nephews.
A Mass of
Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February
13, 2009, at Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 501 East
Orange Street, Lancaster with Father Daniel Mitzel as celebrant. A
viewing will be held from 10-11a.m. at the church. Interment will
follow in St. Joseph's New Catholic Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
