Dear Mom Pugliese, Dave and all the Pugliese family.

My Heartfelt sympathy is with you all at this difficult time. I feel like I've known Pat forever even tho I only met her once. Dave has kept me up to date on how she was doing and you have all been in our prayers and will continue to be in our prayers.
She fought a long hard fight and made it passed her 50th Birthday which we all prayed she would. Now she is not suffering anymore and is a better place. If you need anything let us know. May God's peace be with you all.

Dear Mrs. Pugliese, Dave and Family,
