Dear Mrs. Keller, Gretchen, Karen, and family:
I was so very sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Keller.  The loss of a loved one is always difficult but particularly so at this time of year.  Please accept my most sincere sympathy and prayers.
Unfortunately, much as I wish it had been otherwise, I was unable to be with you for Mr. Keller's service due to my work schedule at Landis Valley.  Please know, however, that you were, and will continue to be, in my thoughts and prayers.
With my deepest condolences to all of you, fondly,
Ann Austin Lainhoff
