Leona and Connie- On behalf of my three sisters and myself I send you our deepest condolences on the death of your Mother,"Mary". She was a very fond friend to all who knew her. We were very fortunate to have lived in the same apartment building for many years. Even after we moved away from Nagle Avenue, your Mom stayed in touch for many years while she was able. As religious, we did not have the opportunity to visit the old neighborhood too often, however your mother kept us informed of what was happening in the building, in the neighborhood and especially at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs Church. My fondest memories were of her preparing for Christmas and visiting apartments to see all our trees and Christmas Cribs. It was her holiday!

    So sorry to read in the mail today about your Mom's passing.  She lived to a wonderful old age and you had her with you a very long time. We will miss getting the update card at Christmas and not see her in the family picture. We will pray for her soul and also for all of you.  God Bless you all.
