Jeanne and Family,
I am writing to express my deepest sympathies to you and your
family. I was very saddened to hear about Bob, he was a
remarkable person.
I had the honor and pleasure of being mentored by Bob when I
first joined Walter V. Clarke Associates and owe much of what I
know about the AVA and human behavior to him. We worked as
colleagues for over nine years and during that time he was
always supportive of me and the staff of WVC. I had the greatest
respect for him. I was very fortunate to have such a man as a
mentor.
The community of AVA is filled with people who respected and
cared about Bob and collectively morn his passing.
Sincere condolences,
Dan O'Hara
Jeanne,

comfort knowing Bob is free of pain yet always near you.

MY UNCLE BOB...WHAT AN INSPIRATION YOU HAVE
BEEN TO ME MY ENTIRE LIFE. ALWAYS THERE TO SUPPORT ME AND TO
GUIDE ME ON MY PATH IN LIFE. YOU WERE A CONSTANT GUIDE FOR ME
THROUGHOUT THE YEARS AND WERE ALWAYS THERE TO LISTEN AND GENTLY
GUIDE WITH YOUR WORDS. WHEN YOU ARE SORROWFUL LOOK INTO YOUR
HEART, AND YOU SHALL SEE THAT IN TRUTH YOU ARE WEEPING FOR THAT
WHICH HAS BEEN YOUR DELIGHT. ALTHOUGH IT'S A HEARTACHE NO ONE
CAN HEAL, YOUR LOVE LEAVES A MEMORY THAT NO ONE STEAL. THANK YOU
FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR ME. AND I HAVE BEEN SO BLESSED AND
HONORED IN THIS LIFE TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL UNCLE. ANGELS ARE
ALWAYS NEAR THOSE WHO ARE GRIEVING TO WHISPER TO THEM THAT THEIR
LOVED ONES ARE IN THE SAFE HANDS OF GOD. AND NOW YOU ARE AN
ANGEL. CONSTANT AND TRUE. UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN. ALL MY LOVE,
THOUGHTS, AND PRAYERS TO YOU, MY AUNT, AND MY COUSINS...I'M HERE
FOR YOU ALL AT ANYTIME.
LOVE TO ALL

Jeanne and Family,
Our deepest sympathies to all of you. May you find peace and
understanding during this time. I wanted to share with you my
sincere thoughts about Bob. One goes through life and
occasionally meets a truly honest and sincere person that you
want to call your friend. Bob was that kind of person. He and I
became really good friends at Black and Decker, starting in the
1970's. I am sure you know, but Bob always stood by what was
right. He would never waiver in his beliefs and people admired
him for his sincere and honest approach. While we could not see
each other often, we always remained friends, I am a better
person for having known him. God Bless all of you.
Jim Cornelison
Robert Drinane jr. and family,
