Jaime DeJesus

Jaime DeJesus was a wonderful son, devoted husband, amazing father, and the best grandfather a kid could have. He was faithfully devoted to making sure his family was completely taken care of so much so that he was more father than grandfather to his grandchildren.  The only thing Jaime enjoyed as much as being with his family was working on classic cars. He restored cars until his last days. Although he lost his battle with colon cancer after 2 yrs he fought until his last day. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Emilia DeJesus, his daughters Maira DeJesus and Kara DeJesus-Lewis, his mother Maria Rivera Rodriguez, his brothers Hector DeJesus and Jose Alicea and sister Rojelia Alicea. And also by his 4 grandchildren Trey, Tyhir, Isabella, and Destiny.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 21, 2009 at 12 p.m. at San Juan Bautista Catholic Church 425 S. Duke St. Lancaster 17602 with Rev. Allan Wolfe as Celebrant. Family and friends will be received Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz 17543 and again of Friday at the church from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.. The Rosary will be recited at 745 p.m. on Thursday.
