Max W. Becker, 73, of Lancaster died Friday, September 18, 2009 at his home. Born in Lycoming County, he was the son of the late Bernard E. Becker and Pauline Grey Becker Yeagle.  Max was the husband of the late Anna Mae Rose Becker who died June 20, 2004. He was employed by Yellow Freight in Lancaster for 25 years and after retirement he worked for Brightbill as a school bus driver.

 Max is survived by two daughters: Linda D. Becker and Laura J. wife of William Hanna, both of Lancaster, and four grandchildren: Tierney Gallagher, Brady Hanna, Brooke Hanna and Tina Hanna.

Max was preceded in death by a daughter: Tina Louise Becker.

 A Funeral Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at 1:00PM with the Rev. Dwight Addington officiating. Interment will be in Conestoga Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may pay their respects to the family at the funeral home from 12:00 noon-1:00PM on Tuesday. Please omit flowers.
