Robert E.
Allshouse, 86, of Manheim, passed away on Tuesday, January 20th,
2009 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Phillipsburg, N.J, he
was the son of the late William E. and Anna ( Unangst) Allshouse.
Robert was the husband of Florence E. "Betty" ( Moninghoff)
Allshouse, to whom he married on February 7, 1948.
Mr. Allshouse
was employed by Pfizer for 31years. He served his country in the
U.S. Army during WWII. Robert was a member of the United Valley
Gun Club, Stewartsville Grange, American Legion Mecsey- Bishop
Post 456 in Stewartsville N.J and Stewartsville Lutheran Church.
Surviving are
his wife and daughter Diane M. wife of David L. Moore of
Lancaster, along with extended family Joan and Wayne Hart of
Stewartsville N.J. and their children and grandchildren.
Services will
be held on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Stewartsville Lutheran
Church 563 North Main St, Stewartsville, N.J, 08886 at 11AM.
