Michelle R. Mellinger, 43, of Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly at home on Sunday, November 23, 2008. Born in Nashville, TN, she was a daughter of Michael Dee, and Marsha Lou Turner Myers. 

Michelle held an associate’s degree in graphic design from Thaddeus Stephens College of Technology. She was a member of the T Phi T Co-ed Fraternity. Michelle enjoyed cooking; she also loved animals and spending time with her family.

 In addition to her parents, Michelle is survived by three sons: Tyler R., Zachary L., and Tucker S., all of Lancaster; one daughter, Emily N. Mellinger, of Mohnton; one sister, Mellissa Leanch of Texas; one brother, Michael Myers of New Hampshire; and one grand daughter, JaNora R. Mellinger of Lancaster. 

A Memorial Service to celebrate Michelle’s life will be held on Friday, November 28, 2008, at the Crispus Attucks Community Center, 407 Howard Avenue, Lancaster, at 5 p.m. Please omit flowers.
