 Patricia
L. Hasircoglu, 58, of West Hempfield Twp., died peacefully at
home on Friday February 1, 2008. Patricia was the wife of
Alexander W. Hasircoglu and they were married for 35 years.
She was born in Lancaster, PA and is the daughter of Paul L.
and Gladys E. (Hanna) Howard, of Quarryville, PA.
Pat was employed by the Hempfield Area Rec Center where she
worked at the Farmdale Elementary School in their after school
program. Pat loved little children and she worked with them
for 22 years.
Pat enjoyed bird watching, gardening, nature and reading. She
loved spending time with her family and friends and was a
wonderful mother.
Surviving besides her husband and parents are two children,
son Michael S. Hasircoglu, husband of Julie A., of Lancaster
and a daughter Angela R. Hasircoglu, of Columbus, OH; two
brothers, Paul D. Howard, husband of Lisa, of Haddonfield, NJ,
Bill J. Howard, of Lancaster and sister Janet M. Brennan, wife
of Bruce, Middletown, PA. A sister preceded her in death,
Barbara Howard.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2 PM
from the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 414 E. King St.,
Lancaster, PA with Pastor Blake Deibler officiating. Family
and friends may pay respects to the family from 1 to 2 PM at
the funeral home. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions
in Pat's memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research
Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Charles F.
Snyder Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
