Born in East Chester, NY, Ann was the daughter of the late Joseph and Kathleen (Kogan) Gannon. She was formerly married to Bruce Eric England of Lancaster. She had worked as a medical transcriptionist for the Eye Associates of Lancaster for the year and a half. Prior to this, she had worked as a transcriptionist at Lancaster General Hospital and with Lancaster Pulmonary Associates. Ann enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with her grandson. She collected pottery, prints of the Star Barn and of David Brumbach, and antique furniture. She was also an animal lover. She is survived by her children, both of Lancaster: Eric J. England and Sharon A. England; her grandson L. Daniel Silva, and her siblings: John Joseph Gannon, Terrence Gannon, Rita Gannon, Kathleen MacMenamin, and Eileen Kelley, all of New York, and Rosemarie Federmack of Lancaster. Friends will be received on Saturday from 12-1PM at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, 441 N. George St. Millersville, PA, with the memorial service to follow at 1PM.
