Drew Taylor Bogroff, 11, of Lancaster, PA, died Sunday, August 3, 2008, from injuries due to an automobile accident. Drew was born in Los Angeles, CA and is the son of Tiffani C. (Foster) Bogroff of Lancaster, PA and Jeffrey S. Bogroff of Long Beach, CA.        

 Drew had finished 6^th grade at Lincoln Jr. High and was planning to transfer to the Penn Manor School District in September for 7^th grade. He was a special child; easy going, peaceful, and loved by all his friends and neighbors.

 Drew enjoyed sports, especially soccer, and was a 2^nd degree purple belt in Karate. He also enjoyed video games and going to school. He went to the Lancaster REC Center Summer Camp. Drew loved animals and he knew all the neighbors’ pets by name and would visit them when he got bored. His younger brother, Peyton, looked up to him as a role model and a big brother. Drew loved being with his family, playing with brothers and going to the movies with his mother.

 Surviving besides his mother and father are two brothers, Peyton R. Bogroff and Jordan M. Matsiak both of Lancaster, a step-father Michael Matsiak of Lancaster, and a paternal Grandmother Carolyn Hill of Long Beach, CA. Drew was preceded in death by a maternal grandmother Virginia Fitzgerald.

 All are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial for Drew at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 601 E. Orange St., Lancaster, PA on Thursday at 11am with Rev. Daniel Mitzel as the Celebrant.
