Robina B. Shapiro, 97, of Lancaster, died on Thursday, December 21, 2006 at Landis Homes.  

Born in Hillsboro, Illinois she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Georgina MacBeth Smith. She was the wife of the late Isadore Shapiro who died in 1949. 

A long time resident of the Glover Park neighborhood in Washington D.C., Mrs. Shapiro was a buyer for Jelleff’s department store for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening and bowling but most of all she loved her family.

Surviving is her daughter: Pamela, married to Frank L. Iaquinta of Lititz; her grandchildren, Frank Iaquinta of Philadelphia, and Michael Iaquinta of Phoenix, Arizona; and her brother, Archibald Smith of Atlanta.

Funeral Services will be announced at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made in Robina’s memory to Landis Homes, 1001 E. Oregon Rd., Lititz, PA 17543.
