Jazmin Flores-Consylman, 31, of 121 Spring Meadow Lane, Washington Boro, PA, formerly of Ocean City Maryland, died May 13, 2006 at Lancaster General Hospital after a one-year battle with breast cancer.

Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of  Gloria Febo Flores of Washington Boro and the late Ramon Flores.

Jazmin was married five years to Keith J. Consylman. She was a homemaker and a member of Women Supporting Women with Breast Cancer. Surviving besides her husband and mother, is a son, Quinn Flores Consylman; a brother, Alberto P., husband of Amy Flores of Mountville, PA; and a sister, Rhonda Flores of Manheim, PA. 

A Memorial Service will be held at the Charles F. Snyder  Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA. on Thursday at 4:00PM. Please omit flowers; contributions may be made in Jazmin’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603.
